When you have booked, you will receive a confirmation text that the booking is secure. On the day of your trip you will be able to track your driver and see where they are, this provides added peace of mind that they are on their way and what time they will arrive.
The day of the journey you will receive a message to say the driver is on his way, you will also have your driver’s details and the make and model of the car. You will be able to track the vehicle and know how far away the driver is and when to expect him.
Once the driver arrives at your door you will get an arrived text and the driver will then assist you if needed with luggage and any other help you require.
It is a long journey to Dover and your driver will build in two rest stops to allow you to use the facilities, stretch your legs and have a drink. The stops are usually 20-30 minutes, but can be longer if you require. If you require additional stops, please let the driver know and he will be happy to accommodate you.
